Pros

None after the recent acquisition. All the good values (time off, training, respect for individual, etc) are gone after the recent acquisition.

Cons

After recent acquisition; all the good values that this company has is gone. New management has poor leadership style (example, make decision without any regards to the consequence and impact to customer as well as the people below that they are supposed to be leading).

Cons

- Not stable company, recently acquired by Avago (caused uncertainty to employees) - Some managers are not strong/knowledgeable enough - Finds favoritism among the team members - Political, not really good - Lack of career growth for those who have more serious career goals.
