Pros

Nothing to mention except the name of the company

Cons

Speaking about Chiltern Team - Worst Team, Team members literally abuse each other in meeting. Everyone in meeting play Blame Games for even small tasks. You will be treated like a slave in the biostats department. Corporate ethics are not all followed here. Typical CRO culture in all aspects like micromanagement of working hours, away status from Microsoft teams.

Pros

- very attentive workload management - available wellbeing options - personal mentoring program available - nice and cozy office - great COVID-related politics - good approach for newcomers and trainings for existing workers - good opportunity for juniors to start (in a sense of salary as well as the working experience and trainings) - strong cultural and motivational values

Cons

- difficult for upper management to notice any initiatives - difficult to receive promotion of later stages - very good start, but extremely painful promotions every cycle - if you don't have strong position for your workload - the work is given to you in amount that you can't stand
