      Good benefit, good transport allowance, learn a lot

      Cons

      Bad management, HR does not know how to retain talent, hard to be promoted. FSE does a lot other than tool troubleshooting, need to perform process analysis

      Cons

      No work life balance. Wasting too much time on reporting, training and presenting. Most of the training does not apply actual situation.
