Pros

None anymore. It was a decent paying company but it has deteriorated a lot. The business is not performing anymore. I am worried they could go bankrupt soon

Cons

Unstructured, without proper practices in place. Company run on whims and fancies of a few

Pros

good fringe benefit such as full medical, hospitalization coverage, dental benefit etc... good working environment, relatively relaxed if you are not aggressively seeking career advancement

Cons

No proper structure in career development for staffs, no proper training to address the lack of skills of staffs, and too many layers of management hierarchy.

Pros

it is all a scam

Cons

I was recently "hired" and told that I had to buy software in order for me to start my training. but it was all a scam and they just took my money. they make everything seem to real and like its the best job in the world. but it's not it's just so you fall for it.
