      Pros

      Entirely professional while retaining a warm, respectful tone. Recruitment process was clear and the check-ins following each step were appreciated. Onboarding has been very clear, and colleagues and senior management have been terrific - supportive and very helpful, without being overbearing. Really impressed. Great office in an excellent location.

      Cons

      Nothing material. Overall the hiring process felt a little protracted, though I understand it was an important appointment.

      Pros

      Received lots of feedback on where I could grow as a designer and how I can improve myself professionally. The company itself had a very welcoming environment which made it easier for me to adapt to the culture and workplace.

      Cons

      It was a hybrid role and I know that some people really do care about this. However, it was not a problem for me.
