Pros
Great health and family benefits. Good dental care and company matched 401k. Yearly bonus checks and Christmas gift for all employees.
Cons
There is no where to go promotion wise. Once you start you job that's pretty much what you will be doing until you quit. No way to get promotions. Favoritism is really bad here, the managers have the few they like and let do pretty much what they want with no recourse. If the manager don't like you your future is pretty much sealed. If you do work here expect to get no more than a 24 cent a year pay raise. And if you do end up working here for a few years expect them to bring new people in and pay them over $2 an hour more then what you make for doing the same work.
