Pros
A very young culture. Good place to work for recent college grads looking to grow experience. Exposure to a variety of web technologies. Opportunities for travel, I went to Barcelona last year.
Cons
Cruddy benefits. Health insurance deductible is ridiculously high. 401k matches only .25 per $1. Layoffs. Preachy company cultural values that many follow religiously. So much that it's weird. Upper management often makes reactionary decisions that negatively impact both team effectiveness and the future of the company. Getting laid off from here was the best thing that happened to me. If you choose to work here, keep your resume up to date and don't stay long.
