Nice up and coming company in the Computer Security sector.

You get to work with many of the leading researchers in the computer security field who have worked to build some well known malware analysis tools (Anubis, Wepawet, etc.). Company is flexible in terms of hours and it is not the type of place that will expect you to grind late into the night (but of course they don't mind if you do). Compensation is pretty good for a startup and stock options are included.

Cons

The company is still young and the processes for on-boarding new employees is not fully formed yet. But they do seem to take this into account when allocating tasks.

Good list of channel partners.

Cons

Lots of politics/conflicts between long-time employees and new executive management team. Have squandered lots of cash on ineffective sales and marketing. Little traction in the cloud. Far behind many competitors.
