Good working culture and good pay and of all the good things sat and sunday is off .They only expect you to work 5 days a week

The only Con is well there's no such thing

Worked as a freelancer here many years ago and the work isn't the most creative or fun but the other artists are all really great. It's pretty laid back overall since the work isn't that difficult; just a lot of it. Lunch is paid for and you can order through Seemless
Cons
The management was crazy when I was there; long OT and preferential treatment of some employees over others. You can't leave for lunch unless you are on a list of people who are allowed to leave. They are very stingy with rates and also have a system where they track what you're doing every 30 minutes. Some of the former directors took themselves way too seriously, but the newer/current ones seem better.
