      Pros

      Lavante has been a great opportunity for me. Everyone working here has a wealth of knowledge and are always challenging me to try new things and grow professionally. While expectations are high, so are the rewards for succeeding, so it is well worth it. Everyone is very agreeable and the company has a very welcoming atmosphere.

      Cons

      There are high expectations so if you are simply looking to coast, this is not the company for you. Learning curve in the industry can be steep at first.
