      Pros

      Most of the people not in management are amazing, the ones left anyways. The company was founded in great principles.

      Cons

      New ownership and management do not care about their people. They will use you and then throw you away when they are done. The product has some serious issues and is behind every competitor. You will work an unhealthy amount for what you get paid. They incentivize posting positive reviews and have marketing post fake reviews. All levels of management all the way up to the CEO are liars. Management is incompetent and negligent. The turn over is ridiculous. If you don't work in Miami, watch out, you are next to be fired for no reason. They are faking hiring numbers to keep the grant the got from the city. Sexual harrasment is commonplace with new management. They will close the Albuquerque office once the head of sales gets his wish to leave NM.

      None. All the great people left for companies that actually reward them for their hard work and treat them like human beings.

      Cons

      Everything. This company is an absolute disaster. Favoritism runs high and they make you jump through hoops for no reward. Any criticism is met with termination or they take away any potential for you to make money. This company deserves to be shown for their true nature and how terribly they treat their people. Just ask anybody who has left the company.

      Co workers are amazing till they leave . CEO seems sincere. Definately a chance to make some money only if you are in the right group.

      Cons

      Impractical expectations . Whip crack feel office . manager doesn't care about you if you aren't making money that exact moment . This meditation time is bs because this hour is right before a dinner rush.... mandatory breaks are Not the problem ...
