Cons
Management constantly change KPI and go back against their words. Never ever fulfiling KPI, you can nearly not hit your target for sure. People in management are too power hungry. They only think of how to carry favor and does not actually understand or help. imagine having to go through the roll eye moment every single minute when you hear of a strategy.
