      Pros

      Company cares about its employees. Good communication and everyone seems to get along really well. Growing company so a lot of open jobs right now

      Cons

      Because the company is growing fast there are times when overtime is mandatory. Also warehouse is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. But hey, it IS a warehouse.

      Incompetent management after being acquired by a corporation.

      Pros

      Easy work no matter what position you are in. Had great customers but slowly losing those due to mismanagement and the loss of most of the good warehouse operators.

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay, and management that does not have a clue. If you are in the warehouse be prepared to work constantly and fill in for drivers at the brewery because they are always understaffed because of turnover.

      It's a job with insurance

      Cons

      Always under staffed on drivers because of poor pay scale and forced "On Call" overtime. Be prepared for your home life to revolve around the on call overtime 2 to 5 days a week.
