Pros

You get out what you put in, If you work hard in this company you will see results if you want to complain about the 'extra' work you're actually the issue because you're building a career. Great starting point for a sales with the opportunity to progress easily, I started having never worked in sales and I'm now one of the companies top performers showing with hard work and actually implementing feedback you can succeed here.

Cons

Avoid if you just want a 'job' not to build a career

Pros

The biggest highlight for me has been the earning potential. If you’re driven and consistent, the commission structure really allows you to build a great lifestyle. I’ve personally been able to enjoy some real luxuries over the years thanks to the opportunities here. It’s a truly performance-led environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded. The business also has a strong, energetic culture. You’re surrounded by other motivated salespeople, which keeps standards high and creates a great sense of competition. There’s always something going on, incentives, team activities, and recognition for top performers, which keeps things engaging.

Cons

That said, it’s important to be realistic: this isn’t a 9 to 5 role. There are long hours, late calls, and periods where you’ll need to really push to hit targets. It can be demanding, especially in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

We’re proud to create an environment where hard work is genuinely rewarded and people are surrounded by motivated, high-performing teams. As you’ve highlighted, the pace and expectations are high, but for those who thrive in that environment, there’s real opportunity to succeed. Thanks again for sharing your experience. Josh, CPO
