There are many cons. The first major con is that there is no product market fit. It is sold as a health operating system, but in actuality it is just a point solution. Engineering doesn't talk to sales or customers, so they don't know what problem they are solving. The C-Level only understands the industry from the outside, but does not have the depth or understanding to operationalize their vision.
The company is plagued by some toxic C-Level employees that jump from different departments and drive their subordinates to leave the company. At some point somebody did some fancy spreadsheet math and moved the company upmarket, which was a huge strategic blunder, and the company has been a mess ever since.
I strongly advise to avoid working for this company.
