Leadership is always changing direction, making the company feel lost. Frequent layoffs have caused low employee morale and high burnout. This is not the company I joined a few years ago. A once glorious startup has now been reduced to a test bench for ideas that are d3ad on arrival.

The first red flag was when the interviewer said that "we are like family over here". It didn't take too long after I joined to realize that bullying at League is a team sport. My toxic BOSS was a micromanager, not fit to lead and kept tabs on everything I was doing.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. League does not tolerate bullying, harassment, discrimination or retaliation of any kind. We take these matters extremely seriously and have many systems in place to help protect employees and encourage reporting of any such behaviours. These systems and tools include anonymous hotlines, our HRBPs, and others.
We place a high degree of trust in our employees to complete their work and do not encourage unnecessary oversight by Managers unless there is a concern about performance. We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience at League and if you feel inclined, you can share additional details with people@league.com so our team can better understand and action your concerns.
