Pros

1:Fast-paced learning curve: In the early days, the startup energy allowed for quick exposure to various aspects of product development, which helped sharpen skills in a dynamic environment. 2:Good for who don't want to work remotely. 3: Good For people who know how to treat your manager. 4: Good for manager level position not for developer. 5: Good for who don't want to write the code quality code.

Cons

“Out-of-the-box” = code for “we have zero vision”. They scream for innovation, then shoot down every idea that doesn’t stroke the ego of the founders. QA is a kangaroo court. Bugs that existed before you touched the repo suddenly become YOUR fault. Public shaming in stand-ups is their love language. No structured tech practices: There's little emphasis on a solid tech stack or best practices Sudden instability: After two years of commitment, being let go without warning or meaningful transition highlights a lack of empathy for employee contributions. No Remote policy. You must come 5 days in office. Provide good salary .

Pros

They will treat employees like their slaves. No time for personal life. Any one will get health issues as everyone needs to work for 11 hours in a day.

Cons

Restless job, no breaks. No growth. Need to attend so many meetings in a day. Management will give Unachievable target. Need to give complaint to Labour office regarding the work timings. They will always scold employees even after doing lot of hardwork. Need to lodge a complaint in human rights office against this Management. Mental stress and so pathetic Management. Manager is very rude. He will not give respect to employees. There is no concern for female employees.

Smart people to work with, but overly micromanaging

Cons

You should look at the CEO’s LinkedIn posts, will really show you how toxic he is as he doesn’t care about employee well being
