Pros

Free Fruit, Weekly Massages, Beer fridge if you are that way inclined...

Cons

Working at this company I have found that they lure you in with three main lies... 9-5:30 - This may be true at the beginning but after a while they expect you to work overtime Mon-Fri and Saturdays for no extra pay! No work life balance at all! Everyone stays/low staff turn-over - Since working here I have seen soooooo many people start then leave. Most staff turnover I have ever seen in a company. Consultancy company - no, it is high-pressured sales. This is such a shame because working as a consultancy should be how this company works but all they care about is money. The way I hear staff talk about students is shocking sometimes....no actual care for the customer The concept is amazing and it certainly has hit a gap in the market. However, it is all over the place, high pressure sales and education don't mix!!

Pros

Struggling...honestly...free fruit? The sales staff work their socks off, put in extra hours and work weekends and evenings unpaid! Committed sales staff, thats it. But be aware if targets aren't hit its the sales teams fault. Not marketing!

Cons

No training! Even though they offer training courses? I've never been in a work place where they hire and fire so often! I've seen at least 8 people leave since the new year. Company had plans to double in size but are massively struggling financially.

We refute the comment that the business is struggling financially as this is NOT the case. We are growing and introducing new processes which creates change that some staff have struggled with and have then chosen a different pathway. We pride ourselves in the staff benefits that we offer but will now promote these better. These include fruit, weekly massages, online discounts, company pensions scheme and additional benefits that increase with years of service. and much more so I am very pleased to hear that you enjoy these. We have taken on onboard the feedback regarding our training and onboarding and will shortly be launching our new training package for all employees. This training package will include a guide book to support you in your role. Unfortunately, the targeted environment may not suit everyone, but we make no apologies for this. As an ambitious business that is growing, we have KPI’s and targets at all levels, staff and management alike and if this doesn’t suit everyone may unfortunately result in people leaving the business. We’re working hard to offer support and guidance to all employees. Our managers and HR team are open and approachable to discuss any concerns that employees may have and would encourage all employees to come forward if they have any concerns.
