Family Environment and Great teams put together.

Overworked for a single individual. Put in over 60 hours per week and was difficult to keep up.

Working weekends but I enjoyed it.
Cons
Really great experience, great team, great people... I had to multitask which help me to learn a lot about many areas of construction. Good communication with supervisors and upper management.
