      Not for high-achievers in the long run, but could be a good stepping block depending on your role

      Pros

      - Work Life Balance is good. - Local colleagues are collaborative and have good team dynamics. - Salary and office environment are decent, but no frills. - Opportunity to visit HQ in France for onboarding and trainings (Pre-Covid) - Opportunities to be exposed to some good tools like Salesforce, and internal elearning, compared to the usual SME/local company.

      Cons

      - No Growth Opportunities. - Pay increment and bonus are very very meagre. - No retrenchment compensation. - Lack of good sales strategies and increasingly less local autonomy. - Highly Fashion-industry focused, so it could be difficult to pivot out of the industry if you stay in the company for too long.

      Products esp software being eroded by competition Losing customers as they see cheaper alternatives that are equally good in the market Slow to adopt new technology trends eg SaaS
