Pros

I will try to keep it as HONEST as possible! I hope they don't get the review deleted as they did for a few below & interview feedback. I Will check it after a month & repost it. Let's start with the PROS as below: 1. Your team will be extremely supportive 2. You will find some of the great tech minds 3. We have got a good product that has the potential to be better

Cons

CONS can be divided into 2 parts as below: General CONS: 1. There's a huge lack of process in the company. I wouldn't let go of it in the name of being a "startup" 2. If you expect a work-life balance, I would recommend not even applying here, my friend; since we are told that this is not an MNC where you can have that luxury 3. No career growth, until you are a favorite or a huge fan of politics Team-wise CONS: There aren't many in my team, but from what I have seen so far: 1. Sales: TARGETS, TARGETS, TARGETS! Even if it means selling ideas that don't even exist (False Commitments) 2. Technology: Anand (CTO), and Anubhav (Solution Architect) are a few of the gems that this company owns. They are tech brilliance. VPs have huge arrogance for no reason. 3. Customer Success: I have seen the highest (maybe only) attrition in this team. An entirely new team has been set up (this happens every 12 months) and is being led by an incompetent manager 4. BD: All I see is that it's the most sorted team which brings in the best leads. 5. Project Management: There is no training that is being given to the team. You are directly handed over loads of clients with limited knowledge of the product. Basically, a dim burning candle in a dark room. FIND YOUR OWN WAY OUT! The manager seems to lack management skills when it comes to direction. 6. AI Analysts: The most hardworking ones with the least acknowledgment of their work 7. Marketing: Parul is the one working to the best of her abilities, rest not sure. But there is a lot that can be done other than the age-old conventional ways 8. MANAGEMENT: We have a so-called core team of college lads running this company. It's a huge thing to start a company and be able to run it for so long. There is no lack of talented minds. But things don't go a long way, until there is a mindset change and acceptance to new ways. I think all we need is a little more experience and exposure here.

Pros

Only 1 pro: decent salary package

Cons

Never ending list... Recent graduates with no work experiences trying to run a company with ego and attitudes. Does not know with authority, great power comes humility and greater responsibilities. Responsibilities to understand the employees and their needs not to shout on them and threaten them on every instances. NO empathy. Not a single happy employee. Talk to anyone and you will know all frustrated people. Some really good ones are just stuck for personal compulsion. Forget Life! There is no work life balance. Being a startup is not an excuse all the time. No normal processes are followed. One man authority who takes decisions based on favoritism and ego. Only the bootlickers are doing well in the company. NO career growth. HR and HRBP are SPINELESS. The management only comes up with I am helpless. I am a slave in the company just like you. My boss is forcing me to take wrong bad decisions. "Even when I have not done my work still you have to take the blame as you are in the junior position". Leaders with no leadership skills. No politeness and no curtsey. Just doesn't know how to talk. Bonus targets are changing all the time which cant be achieved so forget ever receiving full bonus. You won't even get you bonus on time as well. Unlimited leaves means you will not take a single leave otherwise you will be called names. Dual faced managers. Most of positive feedbacks are paid and fake. So be careful while going through them.

Pros

Zero pros here. For a company that sells HR services, their own HR people+ process is a joke

Cons

1) Product is amateurish at best. Automations can be better generated on GPT4 than these guys. 2) Process : No well defined process as the people at the top are themselves 26-27 yr old IIT grads who have zero industry experience or skill. The 'senior management' is a bunch of college grads who have clearly zero skills or enterprise experience. As a result, the product development is minimal, the sales or success process is zero and of course toxicity is highest 3) For a company that sells HR tech and HR related services, their own HR has folks with zero- under 2 year experience. There are no employee centric processes whatsoever. This company sells HR solutions to others and does ZERO implementations of the same themselves. Any investors looking to put money here, save your capital. Do your research on what this org promises to sell Vs what it truly believes in or has capability of? Toxicity, lies and deception and a mediocre product at best. Any employees looking for a change, look elsewhere - this is waste of time, effort and money coz apparently the company also sues people for taking action against them for wrongful termination. What a JOKE
