      Doesn't pay invoices - check's in the mail runaround

      Pros

      Great retail properties in redevelopment. Strong and experienced staff.

      Cons

      Dan Lowe chooses not to pay invoices until tax incentives and other revenue is paid to his company. We haven't yet been paid for much work performed between 2013-2015. The Red Legacy staff loved the work we did and is using it to market properties to prospective tenants. After many attempts to get paid and broken promises, we will need to go through the legal process of placing a lien on Legacy properties.

      Pros

      watching fellow employees make horrible business decisions and run the company into the ground while everyone pretends things are going well highly entertaining and working with. Controller who acts like the owner and was brought up on federal charges in her last job but nobody ever knew. And of course Instagram.…ah the fellow employees pictures so raunchy and delicious

      Do I really need to continue…. Obviously you should stay far away from these people.

      A paycheck that is paid weekly

      Cons

      Unorganized arrogant co-workers. Office is a cult like atmosphere. No private offices, gives off a we-work vibe. Invoices commonly not paid. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to work here.
