Pros

The CEO is very nice and approachable. There isn't a large management system so employees are able to do their jobs without hassle.

Cons

Small budgets so sometimes you have to make-do without a lot of support resources. Not a lot of senior leadership so employees often have to figure out difficult tasks without guidance.

Great Projects, Bad Management

Pros

Management was great at getting recognizable brands to work with that led to fun projects. Good co-working staff and comfortable location.

Cons

Mismanagement on the senior staff, especially during the design phase of things made it difficult to schedule projects accurately making the profitability minimal. Micromanagement by the CEO was counter-productive often. Salaries were flat for the last few years.

Pros

Interesting and good products that they develop, which makes the work rewarding. Enjoy producing products that engage people in a slightly more educational way--though the games are purely for entertainment and may not be technically accurate.

Cons

The company and employees can have high stress moments and lots of tension within the environment. More concerned about bottom line revenue than employees.
