This was the most misleading position I have ever been in and the biggest waste of my time.

The only pros to this job are weekends off which you can get almost anywhere if you need that type of schedule.

Cons

Training is 6+ weeks long to learn how to make phone calls Staff is judgmental - walking on eggshells Boring workload NO legal experience whatsoever, you will be told AFTER you sign all of your paperwork that you actually work for a collections company Management will pull you aside in an obvious way to have negative conversations

Pros

Waffles?? Weekends off? Updated technology is cool I guess? Make friends easily and the pay is okay as well. But that’s it

Cons

EVERYTHING! Management, promises not kept, repetitive work. Expectations set to high. Gossip, etc etc . Sometimes it’s barely bare able. The 4 stars and above are either management responding, or their favorites they’ve asked to post for them. :)
