Directors are extremely supportive and helpful without micromanaging, fun and lively work environment, flexible schedule, not glued to desk, opportunity to make a lot of money, great benefits/health insurance, PTO, company promotes healthy work/life balance

Pros

Supportive work environment, great culture and positive environment. You will learn something new every day and I truly look forward to coming to work. You get out of the job what you put in to the job here and it is uncapped commission structure!

Cons

The company is still working on implementing a 401k so that is not available yet. In terms of benefits though they offer everything else including medical, dental, vision, long / short term disability, life insurance and a great EAP program. Very generous PTO plan and flexible office hours.
