Pros
Was very local to my home location, learned a lot, what to do and what not to do in a business situation, mostly learned from their mistakes on how to move forward and be successful.
Cons
Left previously due to health concerns, and was called to come back after their marketing director quit, was then moved from the marketing position into another department after their property manager quit.

Do not, I repeat: DO NOT go to work at Legend. They are notorious for telling you what ever is needed to get you in and then poorly treating their employees...the only "pro" is that they do make payroll.
Cons
- they do lie to their employees - extreme micromanagement - disrespectful treatment (the owner will curse you out, your mistakes will be pointed out loudly and publicly
