Pros
Lemonly employs some of the most talented people in the area. Colleagues are competent and over achievers. Fun happy hours and retreats with great coworkers. As for culture, they're trying harder than most businesses in Sioux Falls, but culture is more than happy hours and swag.
Cons
Low to no accountability for management. Goals are a moving target and how they're measured is ever evolving. Very little room for growth or promotions if you're not at the top to start. Pay is not competitive.

Pros
I cannot sing praises higher for the amazing culture this company has created. Every employee is so incredibly talented and welcoming. The environment, the coworkers, and the opportunties presented during this internship have absolutely been a catapult for their previous interns careers and overall skillsets.
Cons
The pay was incredibly minimal for the quality of work interns produce. Interns are producing work that is up to the standards of full-time regular employees and should be compensated appropriately.
