There are not any pros and I am a pretty upbeat positive person so for me to say that means a lot
Cons
Look them up as Tri emerald the reviews speak for themselves. They don't pay people they owe, have multiple lawsuits pending and investors that have no idea what they are getting into. They bounce checks to employees and then treat them badly whenever they feel like. Extremely foul and abusive language on a daily basis. They owe many of us thousand of dollars some of us have been working without at least 5 paychecks yet we are sticking around so that we get paid. This is just based what I know and I hear the whispers there is a lot more.
