Company uses you, and will lie to you just to meet their needs

- The workplace environment is very laidback, coworkers are friendly, nice to each other and always willing to lend a hand.
Cons
Everything else. Management is not on the same page, every supervisor makes up their own rules, people are treated as replaceable. I worked there for 2 months, starting off as a temp. Many of us specifically asked if we'd be sticking around for a while or if it was just seasonal (with Black Friday coming up around the corner). We were told face to face, and I quote, "you are all here because we only chose the candidates we believe are suited for the betterment of this company long-term, you will not be laid off after the holidays, only you decide your own fate." It is now Dec. 1st of 2014, and we all found out through our temp agency that the company laid off most, if not all of us. They lie to you in order to keep you around long enough for them to squeeze all the hours they can out of you. To whomever may be reading this, I hope you all stay far away from this company. It's still at the point where it transitioning from LetsTalk.com Inc to CONSENSUS CORP. It is owned by Target, and this particular place is located at North Richland Hills.
