Work scope are manageable and able to have work life balance.

Old staffs there are very calculateive and not helpful, sales personnel there no team work and trying to act smart doing unproductive work.

" flexible hours " " nice colleagues " and absolutely nothing else

Cons

horrible management that does not know how to account for what can and can not be done as well as only listening to the one-sided stories of customers and does not confirm with their team on what is the actual issue
