      The Lewis EDC was a very good start for economic development experience.

      Pros

      Co-workers are a great asset. Many opportunites are availalbe to learn new and expanded areas of economic development from inhouse and outside training resources.

      Cons

      Limited room for advancement as this council had a small number of employment positions. Limited resources as most finding is state/county/city contracts. Funding fluctuates with the economy.
