- My experience in onboarding phase is so nice - People are nice and the company has a great culture - Company has free snacks - 2 months regularizarion if you manage to impress your lead - Hybrid setup, work from home for 3 days a week - Office is in the heart of Makati - Collegues are friendly and passionate
Cons
- The company is struggling to make money in the Philippines market - CEO is tough - Company lacks seniorities - Collaboration with Korean counterpart is minimal to non-existent - Riding the AI hype too much
