      Lextran is a good place to work

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, they will work with you if you need time off. For the most part newer well maintained equipment. Generous uniform allowance.

      Cons

      Newer employees may have to work long and odd hours. Limited advancement opportunities. The nature of the job can be stressful if you let it be, not a job for people easily upset by the public.

      Pros

      Pay is good after a while. You reach top pay after 2 and half years making $21.xx. There's always overtime available.

      Cons

      Inconsistenant management decisions about the employees. Great amount of mis communication. Extremely high turn over, people quitting or getting fired. A very repellening atmosphere due to dealing with the public. Company always approaches employees with the " you are always in the wrong " You get shorted in pay if you don't keep good track of your hours.
