Low Wages, LOTS of angry people, expected to work long hours with no overtime, office environment is toxic, poor management and lots of horrible ethical choices made by owners which staff are expected to agree with and then those same staff are blamed when "things" get discovered. Most of the restaurants have false positive reviews written by staff. No vision for the future, poor staff retention (a revolving door). Little to no communication from the top down to the staff that need the info. Staff are burnt out.
