      Pros

      This used to be a really good employer, so they still have the old historic benefits like RRSP & medical which is great.

      Cons

      - Directors & Managers with no leadership skills (especially in Oakville finance structures) - Lots of infighting and politics - They tend to hire people that are new to Canada so that they can pay less and make them work long hours - Very poor work-life balance - Worth repeating: VERY poor leaders and management

      Decent benefits, that is all

      Cons

      No work life balance, too much reliance on manual processes, poor systems, no meaningful industry training, little patience for the learning curve of new employees coming from outside the industry, "fire hose" workload, deadlines and requirements constantly changing (mostly from corporate)

      The workers themselves are a great bunch. That's about all the pro's I can muster up.

      Cons

      The management team is horrendous. The company promotes a work-life balance, yet fails miserably at living up to that. If you are not working 60+ hours a week, you're not working enough. And WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE. Mistakes are for the weak at this company. Make one and the nail is in the coffin. Lots of gossiping and talking about people behind their backs by the management team.. Incredibly juvenile. Very much like high school.
