      Company was fair with working hours and trusted employees to work autonomously.

      Cons

      Most employees were remote so I personally felt the need to meet with coworkers online or work at coffee shops to avoid feeling isolated.

      Everyone is super chill, no corporate jargon. Unlimited PTO is great, and being fully remote is a big plus.
