Pros

No pros to mention whatsoever.

Cons

Terrible management from the top down. If you’re not a female good luck being treated fairly. Can’t pay suppliers in time and is constantly on credit hold. No working system.

Pros

Friendly manager, some coworkers were nice I guess. Whenever I wanted something, my manager would get it for me (ie iPad, Apple Pencil).

Cons

While my manager was incredibly friendly, the lack of management skills and structure in the marketing coordinator position was evident. Juggling responsibilities as both the marketing and IT manager meant my supervisor was often unavailable, leaving me to navigate tasks without proper guidance. The workload was overwhelming, with significant responsibilities placed on my shoulders. Considering the scope of duties, the compensation of $24.04 per hour seemed inadequate. A more structured approach to the marketing coordinator role and fair compensation would have greatly improved the overall work experience. Also, the ambiance of the office building felt like a jail. Everything felt so outdated. There was no work culture here either. There are better companies to work for than here.
