      AVOID AT ALL COST! Worst culture and workplace in Singapore

      Good work-life balance because the manager is laid back

      Cons

      -Terrible leadership - sales manager is basically a glorified cowboy sales guy with zero leadership skills -sales leader creates hostility between teammates behind their backs. -No proper structure in training and no support that sets you up for success. - sales leader asks for feedback but will not hesitate to shame you and put you down when you actually try to help/voice out eg. Calls you "plain stupid" in front of the whole team. -if may seem great in the other offices but definitely not the Singapore office. - zero career progression with average pay grade. -there are way better options in Singapore. this place would be the last resort.

      • Decent work-life balance since you only need to be in the office 2–3 days a week. • The flexibility frees up a lot of personal time.

      Cons

      • Constant retrenchments, sometimes every quarter — zero job stability. • No transparency: staff get put on PIP without warning. • Company spends lavishly on sales kickoffs and marketing kickoffs, then field marketers and SDRs take long PTO after kickoffs and events, leaving business operations hanging. • Senior management provides no direction. Strategies change all the time with no consistency or clarity.
