Pros

LifeWave is a very dynamic, fast-growing company with an exciting product line and a lot of very enthusiastic people working across many different global markets to drive that growth.

Cons

Over the 3.5 years I was there, we had two presidents, two CMOs, and I personally had six bosses. I think this was due in part to its meteoric growth, but of course, these changes had their challenges.

Pros

I’ve been using LifeWave products for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most interesting and rewarding decisions I’ve made—both personally and professionally. From a user perspective, the patches genuinely surprised me. I was initially skeptical about how something non-invasive and so simple could make a noticeable difference, but over time I started experiencing real changes. My energy levels felt more stable, my sleep improved, and I noticed I was recovering faster from everyday aches and fatigue. The X39 patch, in particular, has been a standout for me—it’s now part of my daily routine. What I appreciate most is how easy everything is. There’s no complicated system, no pills to remember—just apply the patch and get on with your day. It fits seamlessly into my lifestyle, which made it much easier to stay consistent and actually see results. On the business side, becoming a distributor has been just as positive. The compensation plan is straightforward once you understand it, and I like that it rewards both personal use and team growth. I’ve been able to earn through retail sales as well as build a small team, which adds an extra layer of income. What really stands out is the potential for residual income—it’s not just about one-off sales, but building something that grows over time. I also value the community and support. There are plenty of resources, training, and other distributors willing to help, which made getting started far less intimidating than I expected. Overall, LifeWave has given me a combination of personal wellness benefits and a flexible income opportunity. It’s rare to find something that ticks both boxes in a meaningful way, and for me, it’s been a genuinely worthwhile experience.

Cons

Need to consistently look for new outlets in order to maintain the rank. But when you work for yourself you have a choice how many hours you need to work to attain steady income.

Pros

Never normally an issue to book annual leave or TOIL. Great relationship with the majority of colleagues

Cons

Absolutely abysmal management. No substantial training for anyone in the managerial positions they hold - petty retaliation and public humiliation seem to be the go to forms of 'justified discipline' Very much a who you know not what you know type establishment.
