Cons
Lighthouse has been going under since it was first sold. Lack of diversity in leadership roles, Lack of respect for employees. The entire management system is archaic and white. Be prepared to be throw under the bus because your manager isn’t performing they’re own job correctly.

Catered lunch daily and access to food trucks. Growing company with many opportunities popping up frequently

Very low base pay. Amount of commission is determined by previous month's performance of the floor. basically same few people make money the others don't. Pipeline takes a very long time to build, yes some close faster than others but overall it takes time since not pitching DMs.
