We offer regular supervision, coaching, and training to support professional growth and success. To support our community-based staff, we reimburse mileage. We also work hard on the back end to assign clients as close to your home and other clients as possible, and we only serve within a 25-mile radius of the office. The schedule for Intensive In-Home services is designed to be approximately 6 hours of client care per day, plus up to 2 additional hours for documentation and travel, which aligns with a standard full-time workload. A crisis response component is part of the role and is clearly explained prior to hire—it applies only to your assigned caseload, and we do offer coverage when you're unavailable. Our documentation pay is meant to be an additional bonus. Staff are trained in collaborative documentation, which is reimbursed at the regular hourly rate. While community-based work does come with unique challenges, we aim to set every team member up for success with full caseloads, flexible scheduling, and strong support.
