      Pros

      such a sad company to work for - absolutely do not consider it. they do not care about the employees in the US

      Cons

      there is a reason you see every former employer with a 'looking for work' sticker on their linkedin - this place is a bizarre culturally insensitive space that does not care about you. You will not last more than 6 months - as someone who was there for over 2.5 years - trust me

      Decent pay, but chaotic and disorganized culture

      Pros

      - pay decent - startup perks like snacks, lunches, etc - most people are kind

      Cons

      - very little PTO - micromanaging from CEO - management will set you up for failure and does not clearly communicate expectations - no HR presence in US - high turnover - raises/promotions dangled like carrots
