Hardly any of the managers have any real management training and instead use intimidation and bullying tactics to force workers to comply.
As an employee, you are not allowed to address board members without going through the Superintendent. You are not allowed to talk or post anything disparaging about what happens there. If you do, you can be disciplined.
Lots of good people leave and they simply don't care. Workplace violence happens in every building.
The board members are more concerned about being friends with the superintendent/treasurer than they are about securing education for the children of Lima.
