Can’t think of anything at all

Cons

Staff crying, being shouted at, owner screaming at people and threatening to sack people. Place is like a tv drama. One of the project managers was told they’d be sacked if they didn’t answer the phone next time they were called. They were actually on paternity leave. Disgusting.

Owner asked for an employee to be fired recently when Shell fuel cards system crashed and he had no cash on him to fill his van. Bullying at its best
