Pros
-Owners try to take care of employees in multiple ways -Relaxed Environment and provides training if needed -Lots of free garb and gear paid for/supplied by company
Cons
-Not great communication -Lots of employees don't really care about the quality they produce, they just milk the clock for hours -Employees not valued by skill level/knowledge, just years with company -Communication between office and field staff is lacking, and sometimes toxic

Pros
The owners, management, and peers all work together; help each other. A lot of positive energy. Great career choice whether starting out or wanting to gain more knowledge.
Cons
Working snow days (if it snows) is great and great pay but doesn't snow enough to stay busy working. Of course, that's not Lindgren Landscape's fault.
