I really enjoyed working at Linetest. Hao (owner) played a huge role in my development as an animator, pushing me where I needed to improve the most, and also recognizing my potential by trusting me with various opportunities. Needless to say, I’m extremely passionate for my craft, and I was met with the same energy and desire to produce damn good work. Those looking for an easy ride, please do not waste the company’s time and resources. Only those who know what it takes to produce high quality work and take ownership of their craft need apply. At the time i was working there, all i can say is that everyone becomes part of the family. No egos and a highly collaborative group.

Projects are very organized. No egos here: actual great work culture, friendly, respectful and talented team that communicates well together. Each team member has their own unique skills (example: 3D, 2D, hand-drawn) and is very dedicated to their craft. If you want to learn more skills, you are given opportunities to learn. If you want to focus on improving on one thing, they will be more than happy to let you focus.
