very poor & unfair management in the team slow learning curve no process of any kind, you'll be doing every part of the SDLC the place is filled with routine and pervocracy salaries below average

from the first moment you enter the office you will be disgusted with the unclean place, the smell and everything there. People there are very unprofessional, employees works only when they receive an escalation. the worst working spirit, the worst customer handling, the worst management, the worst process.
