Great people&leadership. Rapidly growing company and there’s more chance of advancement. You can learn alot and take multiple hats on if you want. CEO is super smart and encouraging.

You might have extra work and many hats on (this can be pro or con, depends on how you think).

Shedding the "small business" growing pains; strong new leadership team in place We are doing for greenhouses what Nest is doing for homes Lot's of ways to contribute and be a part of the future Hydroponics is the future, get on board
Cons
So much work, so little time. Fast paced. Better training is needed for key roles and new employees Lots of changes occurring in recent years; be flexible to change and you will enjoy your time here.
