      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, financially healthy company.

      Cons

      The culture is really bad, especially the shop union with office employees. Management changes frequently. This business is owned by IDEX corp who uses Liquid Controls as a cash generator to fund more acquisitions, which it squeezes more cash from. Not much chance for advancement because revenue is flat to down year after year.
