      Pros

      Higher-ups are approachable and considerate, which helps to maintain a work-life balance. Managers observe the positives of employees and support them when in discussions with clients. Managers able, so employees add to their skills and abilities. Salary at par with the industry norms. The system is transparent.

      Cons

      Company is small as compared to many others in the market. Therefore, some basic privileges are wanting.

      Pros? Seriously? I so wish i had something to write here.

      If you wish to be put down by people, not get your salaries on time, not learn anything new and deal with people who are not open to new ideas, then this is the PERFECT place to work for! Working with Liqvid English Edge has taught me not to trust anyone, people in the higher management here make false commitments and do not live up to their words. There are no defined policies and all they know is to trouble their employees. You literally have to run behind people to get your salary.
